FREE Workshop: Physics of Colour

FREE Workshop: Physics of Colour
Sunday 18 June 2-4pm

The physics of colour – What you see isn’t necessarily what you’ve got.

A hands on day of exploring the physics of colour.  What we “see” as colour is a complex process combining the human brain, the eye and what we are looking at. The hands on demonstration of colour will include painting with phosphors, light emitting Lego bricks, prisms and spectroscopic glasses.

Mark Wrigley, Fellow of the Institute of Physics will be on hand to explain it all.

Suitable for all ages. No physics knowledge necessary.
