Open Call for Submissions to Cupola's 2018 Christmas Show: "Human"
At Cupola contemporary art we believe that creativity is an intrinsic part of what makes us human. In this vein we are looking to celebrate the outstanding creative talents of people. From painting to printmaking, sculpture to contemporary craft we are looking to highlight the breadth of creative practitioners working today.
Cupola's Christmas show is a very popular annual selling exhibition. We are inviting submissions from artists and designer makers across disciplines. The gallery has always championed unique voices from both emerging and more established artists. The enjoyment of art and fine craft is a human experience and one we feel is intrinsic to everyones life.
Submissions are welcomed across disciplines including but not limited to: Painting, sculpture, printmaking, photography, glass, ceramics, jewellery, textiles, artist made books, sculpture and mixed media.
Individual items are welcome as are small collections (where appropriate).
Please submit no more than three images for consideration, let us have size, medium and display details if relevant, and send a short statement about your work/practice of no more than 200 words.
Works have to be available for sale.
Please also submit a CV and full contact details including a phone number.
Deadline for submissions is midnight 18th October and for delivery of selected works is Thursday 15th November.
